I founded Werkable on a simple belief:​ When you ask for help to change a habit (action, thought), that help should actually work for the people living it and the systems supporting it.
​
I apply behavior science, executive functioning, and human-centered design to help parents, schools, and organizations move from insight to action. Not theory for theory’s sake. Not programs that look good on paper but fall apart in practice. Werkable focuses on what strategies and systems that can be implemented, sustained, and scaled - aka werkable.

Our support is grounded in evidence-based behavior science, informed by real classrooms and real families, and designed with the constraints of modern systems in mind (time, attention, staffing, burnout, and complexity).

What I Do

✨ Consulting & Coaching: ​I partner with parents, schools, and organizations to design behavior systems that support regulation, learning, and follow-through without over-reliance on punishment, compliance, or unsustainable effort.

✨ Speaking & Thought Leadership: I translate complex behavior science into clear, practical insights for educators, leaders, and conference audiences, helping to bridge the gap between research and real-world implementation.

✨ EdTech & Product Innovation: Werkable is developing technology that embeds behavior science and executive functioning into human-centered systems, creating scalable support for children with ADHD. Our product work focuses on reducing adult load while increasing independence, consistency, and dignity for learners.
